OUR VISION
The Maryland Chapter’s vision is to help members provide high quality cardiovascular care for patients by improving their practice environment through education and advocacy.

OUR HISTORY
The Maryland Chapter, American College of Cardiology was founded as a non-profit in June of 1994.

OUR MEMBERSHIP
Over 400 physician members of the American College of Cardiology (ACC) and 30 members of the cardiac care team who reside and work in Maryland are members of the chapter. Membership in ACC is based on outstanding credentials, achievements, and community contributions to cardiovascular medicine. ACC members wishing to join the Maryland Chapter should call the ACC Resource Center at 800-253-4636 for current dues rates and payment options.

AMERICAN COLLEGE OF CARDIOLOGY MISSION
The mission of the American College of Cardiology is to advocate for quality cardiovascular care—through education, research promotion, development and application of standards and guidelines—and to influence health care policy. For additional information about the ACC please visit www.acc.org.
